Design Process
At Alicia Bell Design, we take pride in aligning our expertise with clients who value sustainability and long-term functionality. Our approach is grounded in understanding the goals of the project, and creating meaningful spaces for outdoor living.
Onsite Consultation
We begin with a one-on-one site visit to walk the space and get a detailed understanding of your vision, goals, and any challenges. We’ll evaluate sun exposure, soil quality, water use, drainage, existing vegetation, and architectural features. You will receive a follow-up summary that outlines your project scope and recommendations for moving forward.
Duration: 60 minutes
You will receive a Detailed Design Propsal for your reveiw.
Schematic Design Presentation
The virtual Schematic Presentation will feature project inspiration, materials and the plant palette. This meeting allows for Client collaboration to ensure the style and goals are met in the Landscape Design.
Duration: 30-60 minutes
Establish a vision and gather input before advancing to detailed design work.
Final Design Package & Installation
Once your Design is complete, we prepare a detailed package and collaborate with our trusted installation partners to bring your landscape to life. The Final Design Package includes:

Professional Site Plan, Planting Design, Lighting, and Furniture Design.

A comprehensive materials list for all hardscape and softscape elements

A curated Plant Palette and visual references to guide installation
We work directly with our preferred contractors and provide hands-on design observation throughout the installation process.
